How QA should think
The best QA Testers are often the people who ask the most questions. Not because they want to slow down development, but because every unanswered question can become a potential defect later.
What happens if the user enters incorrect data? What happens if the service is unavailable? What happens if two users perform the same action simultaneously? What happens if the user closes the browser halfway through the process? What happens when the application is used in a way the original requirement never described?
These questions create better test scenarios and expose risks before they reach production. Manual testing is powerful because it allows testers to explore beyond predefined expectations and use reasoning, observation, and experience to uncover unexpected behavior.
A QA Tester should not be someone who simply asks, “Does it work?” The better question is, “Does it continue to work when reality gets involved?”
